Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Bohemart Jewellery piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date, no questions asked.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
  • Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Please note: Items returned in an unsuitable condition may be sent back to you at your own cost. All returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or design, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. The item being exchanged must meet the same conditions outlined in our Return Conditions above.

If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us — Before sending anything back, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page and let us know your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive confirmation — We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack your item securely — Place the item in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to prevent damage during shipping.
  4. Ship your return — Send the parcel to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  5. Receive your refund or exchange — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
